Three persons, who were on motorcycle, seeing the police, sped away whereupon, chased and apprehended. Driver of the motorcycle namely, Sukhdeo Muni, on interrogation, confessed his guilt disclosing the motorcycle to be stolen and further also disclosed that they have kept three stolen motorcycles at the place of one Md. Mushtaque which were also recovered. From para-3 of the petition, it is evident that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 07.06.2018.
Identifying the status to be a pillion rider, petitioner, Raj Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-1st , Bhojpur at Ara in Piro PS Case No. 193/2018.
