Petitioner is accused in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 687 of 2017 registered under Sections 364/302/2-1/34 of the I.P.C.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused person namely, Md. Hasrat, has already been allowed bail by this Court, vide Cr. Misc. No. 33606 of 2018, on 17.07.2018. Petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2018.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-
