Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in Harpur P.S. Case No. 6 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant in his written complaint has alleged that on 19.01.2018 at about 7:00 pm three unknown criminals snatched his motorcycle after over powering him on the strength of pistol and also looted his mobile, 17 pieces of clothes and Rs. 200/-.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Phucho Yadav, who has already been granted bail. Similarly, situated coaccused person has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of

this Court vide order dated 04.07.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 36208 of 2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Munger , in connection with Harpur P.S. Case No. 6 of 2018.
