The petitioner has been in custody since 31.01.2018 in connection with Chousa P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has now been resolved and the present application for bail has been affidavited as the parvikar by the wife/informant herself.
It is further apparent from the recitals in the First Information Report that no specific allegation of firing is attributed to the petitioner rather the same has been attributed to one Mangan Sharma.
In view of the peculiar nature of the case and there has
been compromise between themselves, let the petitioner above
