Informant while was going to Magadh Mahila College, having a mobile in her hand deprived of by scooty borne criminals who were chased and one of them, the petitioner, was apprehended and from whose possession a mobile was recovered. Considering the period of detention since 21.04.2018 along with absence of criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition, petitioner Monu Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
