The informant as well as one other victim have supported the prosecution case in their respective statements under section 164 Cr.P.C and accordingly, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Motihari Mahila P.S. Case no. 74/2015 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge I, East Champaran at Motihari
