02 18.07.2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.
Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the ground mentioned by me in my previous order dated 10.1.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no 30173/2016 and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 304 of 2017 arising out of Phulparas P.S. Case no. 145/2014 stands rejected.
