The petitioner has filed this application for cancellation of bail granted in favour of O.P. no. 2 by this Court vide order dated 19.09.2017 in Cr. Misc. no. 45891 of 2017 on the ground that the petitioner has obtained the aforesaid bail concealing the material facts.

Learned counsel for the O.P. no. 2 vehemently opposed the aforesaid submission of the petitioner and submitted that there is no concealment of fact rather the bail order was passed considering the facts and circumstances and merit of the case.
