Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
counsel for the State.
The anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was
earlier rejected vide order dated 19.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 55816 of 2017. The fresh anticipatory application has been filed on the ground that compromise petition has been filed in the learned Court below between the parties.
This Court is not inclined to reconsider his prayer for
anticipatory bail on such ground.
Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
Petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below
within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this

order and seek regular bail which shall be considered by the Court below, if possible on the same day, taking into consideration the fact that the matter has been compromised between the parties without being prejudiced by the present order.
