2 04-07-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 26.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 1548 of 2018.
It has been submitted that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the aforesaid order but he could not surrender in the court below within stipulated time as he was neither informed by the counsel nor he had any contact number of him.
In such circumstances, this modification application is allowed to the extent that the time for surrender of the petitioners in the court below is extended for further four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the petitioner surrenders in the court below, he will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 26.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 1548 of 2018.
