Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Case No. C2/514/17, registered under Section 30(A) of Bihar Excise Act.
Submission is that 15 liters of Nepali Saufi is said to be recovered from the petitioner, however, he has no criminal antecedent and the petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2017.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Amrullah Mansoori is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with
