2 27-06-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by
this Court vide order dated 20.11.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.54988 of 2017 with an observation to conclude the trial within a period of six months.
It appears that there was recovery of one loaded country made pistol and four detonators and that apart petitioner is accused in five other cases.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that till date charge in this case has not been framed and petitioner is in custody since 2.7.2017.
Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within a further period of seven months.
With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
