Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 26.7.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.30919 of 2017 with an observation to expedite the trial.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that co-accused Tuntun Yadav has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 16.5.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 19535 of 2018 and allegation against the petitioner and Tuntun Yadav is of assault by lathi and khanti.
Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Banka,
