03 28-03-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the defects whatever been considered under Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No.1438 of 2017, have been removed, but after the time prescribed under peremptory order dated 16.08.2017.
That being so, staling the effect of order dated 16.08.2017 passed under Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No.1438 of 2017, the same is directed to be restored to its original status, whereupon Cr. Misc. No.3686 of 2018 is allowed.
