Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 435, 436, 427, 307, 332, 333, 353, 153(A), 295(A), 122(B) and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners. It

is alleged that these petitioners were some of the participants in procession which had started setting the shops of the localities on fire. It is submitted that for the same occurrence F.I.Rs. were lodged by different Magistrates, who were maintaining law and order in the locality.

Learned A.P.P. for the State is present.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Aurangabad (Town) Police Station Case No.99 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the court below and the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
