Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504/34 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
For land dispute specific allegation is against coaccused Sudhir Yadav to have caused injury at the head of the father of the informant with lathi , which resulted in death of the injured after one month of the occurrence.
Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each

to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mahkar Police Station Case No.148 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the court below and the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
