The petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 09.02.2018 on the allegation that one live cartridge has been recovered from his possession. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents prior to present case.
Learned A.P.P. for the State is present.

cartridge only having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Danapur, Patna in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No.25 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
