Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No. 380 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is that they intercepted the informant and snatched money and two mobiles from him and two persons were arrested, who have named this petitioner.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no such occurrence took place and he has falsely been implicated in this case.
Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory

bail to the petitioner. Petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered ion its own merit.
