2 21-05-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 196C of 2017 instituted under Sections 323, 379 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is contended that marriage was solemnised 11 years back and there are two children out of wedlock and petitioner is a poor labourer, so allegation of demand of further dowry and torture is false.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Madan Sah, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-
