2 18-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner, already in custody since 15.9.2017, seeks bail in Madhubani PS Case No. 18 of 2014 registered under Section 307 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown, informant himself stated in the FIR that he could not identify anyone due to fog, later on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Manoj name of the petitoner has transpired, except that there is no other material, no one was injured in the occurrence and he is in custody since 15.9.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Sri Narayan Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Sikrahna at Motihari in connection with Madhubani PS Case No. 18 of 2014 with the following conditions:-

(i) one of the bailors shall be a close family member of the petitioner; and

(ii) The petitioner shall appear before the trial court on each

date and in case of failure to appear on two consecutive dates except because of reasonable cause his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
