3 18-05-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 280 of 2017 dated 28.10.2017 instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant was divested of his laptop and other necessary documents which he was carrying.
The petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R and his complicity in this case has surfaced on the confession of a co-accused. The petitioner earlier has been made accused in three cases of similar nature but in all those cases, the name of the petitioner has transpired on suspicion/confession of the co-accused persons. There has not been any recovery of stolen articles from the house or conscious possession of the petitioner.
