Submission is that charge has already been framed vide order dated 19.03.2018 by the court below.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances,
the petitioner, namely, Jai Ram Mukhiya, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-4th-cum- Special Judge, Excise, East Champaran in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 04 of 2017 (Trial No. 306 of 2018).
