The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.
A country-made pistol and cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 04.11.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete.
Considering the facts of the case aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is
