This case has been brought under the heading ‘To Be
Mentioned’ at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner stating that the surname of the father of the petitioner has been typed as ‘Sahi’ in place of ‘Sahni’ in the order dated 23.08.2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is correct in his submission.
In view of the above, the surname of the father of the
petitioner shall be read as ‘Sahni’ in place of ‘Sahi’.
The order is modified to the aforementioned extent
indicated above.
