The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Section-30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Prosecution case, in short, is that 85 liters wine is recovered.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 15-02-2018. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. It is alleged that 85 liters wine is recovered from the Khalihan situated by the side of the Chhabani of the petitioner in abandoned state. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C.

named in the F.I.R/complaint case.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Buxar in connection with Nawanagar (Basudeva O.P.) P.S. Case No. 18 of 2018.
