The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Nalanda P.S.Case No. 07 of 2018 registered under Sections 379, 420 and 411/34 of the Indian penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner used to take Rs. 2000/-from foreign tourists and used to give Rs. 1200/- in lieu of exchange.
Submission is that except suspicion raised against the petitioner, there is no other material and no foreign tourists has lodged any complaint and petitioner is in custody since 14.01.2018 having no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Chhotu Kumar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties
