Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.
Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No.129 of 2017 (G.R. No.2151 of 2017), registered under Sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the FIR is against unknown, no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of the petitioners, the petitioners have no criminal antecedent except one case in which they were made accused subsequent to lodging of the present case and the only material is their confessional statement given to police.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioners, namely, Istiyak, Laddu Kumar and Rajesh Yadav are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No.129 of 2017 (G.R. No.2151 of 2017).
