Then thereafter, Tileshwar Yadav intruded inside a room and took away money from a shirt. On hue and cry, villagers began to assemble, seeing whom accused persons escaped therefrom. Then thereafter, they were taken to Police Station, then to hospital, then to Sadar Hospital, Katihar. He had made statement before the police. Identified the accused. During crossexamination at para-4 he had stated that at that very time he was at Darwaja while his brother was coming running being chased.
