It is informed on behalf of the parties that both parties amicably settled their dispute outside the court and they agreed that Rs. 30 lakhs shall be paid by the appellant to respondent no.1 as full and final payment.

Appellant has deposited Rs 25,000/- as statutory amount in this court. The said amount be remitted to learned tribunal so that the aforesaid amount should be paid to respondent no.1 immediately. So far as remaining amount is concerned, appellant shall ensure the payment of Rs 29 lakhs and 75 thousand to respondent no.1 within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that if appellant fails to ensure the terms and conditions of the agreement, respondent no.1 shall be at liberty to file
