With the passage of time and after action taken by the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) for initiating the process of Teachers Eligibility Test (TET), now no indulgence is called for. In other identical and similar writ petitions, it has been brought to the notice of the Court that the Board has initiated the process of TET and identical petitions have been disposed of directing the Board to expedite and conclude it as early as possible.
