against the order passed in the aforesaid writ petitions L.P.A. No. 763 of 2016 is filed, which is pending for admission. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to move this court again after disposal of L.P.A. No. 763 of 2016, if the petitioners are at all aggrieved.
The prayer is allowed.
This writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty, as aforesaid.
