The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 19.09.2008 passed by the District Magistrate, Aurangabad in Case No. 62/94, 2008 as contained in Annexure-7 by which the selection of the petitioner on the post of Aanganbari Sevika is cancelled and the District Magistrate, Aurangabad further ordered to prepare mapping afresh in accordance with law and start process of selection in terms of the guidelines issued by the Directorate, ICDS.
