The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 02.05.2008 passed by the District Magistrate, Madhepura, as contained in Annexure-7, by which selection of the petitioner as Anganvari Sevika has been terminated.
After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition so that the petitioner may file appeal provided under the circulars before the competent authority.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn so that the petitioner may avail the alternative forum of
