2 10-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 152, 341, 323, 332, 333, 337, 353, 307, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners were identified as members of mob of about 180 persons who were pelting stones on the police party as the police had gone to maintain law and order on receipt of information that the students have quarrelled with a bus staff.
Considering the nature of allegation which is general

and omnibus, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif/Successor Court in connection with Sarmera Police Station Case No. 116 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
