3 21-03-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The first information report relates to kidnapping of Beauti Kumari. Co-accused, Anil Sah, is under suspicion. On recovery the victim-girl named that she was kidnapped by two or three persons. The petitioner and Sanjay Ram were identified. However, they did nothing with her.
Submission of the petitioner is that the matter is of love affairs between the victim-girl and Anil Sah. The petitioner is in custody since 10.12.2016.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection

with Chapra Muffasil P.S.
