61 litres of country made liquor was allegedly recovered from the house of this petitioner.
The submission of the counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is an old lady aged about 77 years. She is in custody since 05.12.2016 and the house is occupied by the other adult members of the family.
Considering the fact that petitioner is an old lady, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two
