This is a petition for grant of regular bail for the
offences under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
The First Information Report relates to the offence of dacoity committed by unknown criminals.
The petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2016. The submission of the counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has not been put on test identification parade up till now nor anything has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and only material against the petitioner is confessional statement of the co-accused persons.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge, 2nd Madhubani/Successor Court in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 138 of 2007, S.T. No. 470 of 2016.
