The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No.253 of 2016 registered for an offence under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26(1-b)A, 25(1-aa), 25(1-ac) and 26(1)(2) of the Arms Act.
The informant happens to be the police officer who on secret information conducted raid and apprehended five persons who were allegedly engaged in manufacturing of fire arm. The police claimed to have seized some incriminating articles from his possession.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No.253 of 2016.
