It is peculiar case in which only on 15.09.2017 considering the seriousness of the accusation as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, his prayer for bail was rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 41470 of 2017 and within such a short period the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the Court that after rejection of prayer for bail of the petitioner some of the other co-accused persons have already been granted bail.

The Court is of the opinion that since prayer for bail of the

petitioner was rejected only on 15.09.2017 , there is no reason to entertain the prayer for bail. Normally, once prayer for bail is rejected by this Court, before expiry of at least six months this Court is not at all entertaining any petition for bail. Moreover , in the present case while rejecting prayer for bail criminal antecedent of the petitioner was noticed and as such, even on this ground, there is no reason to review my earlier order. The prayer for bail again stands rejected.
