The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 332, 333, 353, 427, 156, 295(A) and 295 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners were identified in the mob of 500 to 700 people who were involved in brick batting and raising slogans which might have created communal disharmony during meeting of the higher authorities.

Submission is that name of the petitioners has been disclosed by the enemies. They have got no criminal antecedent.

the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura/Successor Court in connection with Bihariganj Police Station Case No. 173 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
