The petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.08.2017 in a case for the offence registered under Sections 30(a), 38 and 47 of the Excise Act.
The prosecution story, in brief, is that the police recovered 30 liters of Mahua wine from possession of the petitioner.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. 30 liters of Mahua is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. No compliance of Section 100 Cr.

Case No. 485 of 2017.
