The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rail, Gaya P.S. Case No. 198 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he took away the mobile phone from the pocket of the informant while he was boarding on train.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and is languishing in jail since 7.7.2017.
