Even considering criminal antecedent of the petitioner, petitioner, Neeraj Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul PS Case No. 164/2016.
