In view of such, Cause Title of the order dated 04.09.2017 is modified to the extent that father’s name of petitioner No.1, Bahadur Yadav @ Bahadur Kumar , be read as “Dipali Yadav”.
Let this order be communicated to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No.08 of 2017.
