3/ 13-09-2017 This application has come under the heading “To Be Mentioned” at the instance of the petitioner.
It has been submitted that due to inadvertence in the 3rd paragraph of the order dated 01.09.2017 by which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail, „truck‟ has been mentioned, whereas, it should have been “tractor”. Further, in the same paragraph, it has been mentioned that the petitioner is the owner of the seized truck, whereas, petitioner is the owner-cumdriver of the seized tractor.
In view of such, 3rd paragraph of the order dated 01.09.2017, is modified to the extent that in place of „ truck ‟, it should be read “ tractor ”. Further, in place of ‘petitioner is owner of the seized truck’ , it should be read as ‘petitioner is owner-
cum-driver of the seized tractor” .
