4 11-04-2018 Vide order dated 22.08.2017 of this Court, the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected with direction to the learned lower court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
Learned lower court vide Letter No. 202 of 2018 dated 17.03.2018 has prayed to grant additional period of four months for conclusion of the trial.
In view of the aforesaid prayer, time for conclusion of trial is extended for four months.
