3 18-10-2017 Seen the office note and letter of I/C P.O., Administration, Civil Court, Siwan.
On perusal of the aforesaid letter, it appears that the copy of the order dated 19.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39548 of 2017 of this Court has not been received on the E-mail of District and Sessions Judge, Siwan as yet though the case status of this court shows the email sent as „Y‟ while the search result of E-mail ID of the District and Sessions Judge, Siwan shows as “No matches for Subject contain 39548 of 2017 in inbox”.
Hence, office is directed to verify the same and ensure the sending of the aforesaid order by E-mail afresh if not sent earlier.
