The petitioner submits that prior to the instant case, he has no antecedent and he is in custody since 20.4.2017.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in Pipra Police station Case No. 75 of 2017.
