The allegation against the petitioner is of attempt to commit rape upon the daughter of the informant, Laxmi Kumari at the time of returning from field after natural call but due to hulla, the petitioner fled away.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no concern and connection with the alleged occurrence and the statement of the victim girl has not been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P. C. and the petitioner is in custody since 05.05.2017.
