The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No.17 of 2017 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 27.04.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.15145 of 2017 with an observation “at present”, taking into consideration the allegation against this petitioner that he had identified Md. Fazal as son of Sheikh Safi Alam. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that Md.
